Smartbro mf627 needs repair - GSM-Forum

I am having a problem with smartbro usb dongle mf627. i flashed it using the globe visibility updater tool and it worked fine on Xp os., however when i tried using it on vista, my computer does not recognize the usb modem anymore. when i plug it to an xp os computer it works perfectly well.. what should i do? does anybody here knows how to repair this modem? shouldi repair it or sell it at a lower price? thanks

if its under warranty go to citylight telecom for repair

warranty is void, because it has been updated, they will notice that OS is globe visibility...

unless, the modem has no power, perhaps they will consider it but you will have to leave the modem to the said service center..

that modem is less than 1k....sell it 500 php or below
