I have browsed thru your list of requirements and i can tell you it will cost you roughly 80.000 USD

If hi need new equipment ... and may be more, but some can be found in used, but good conditions ...

I got Contacts of willtek and weller. Who can provide others like analog multimeter, Smd rework station, Soldering station, Flux, Solder wire, Dc power supply etc in UAE...
