What tools needed for smaller pieces repairing ?

Hi, to go a step further in my business, I plan to work on repairing cms pieces.

As I don't really know how to work with that, I don't know what to buy to make a good work.

Of course I need a microscope, but what is the best to unsolder and resolder, reball, rehot and all these things ?

Let's not talk of cost at this point, I need technical advices on what are the first things to buy, then after that I'll consider more technical issues.

For all stuff, I would also appreciate a small tutorial about how to work with it, and about advantages and inconvenients.

Thanks to all who'll take time to learn to me !

BR

Hot air gun is the best option which you need

Resold and replace is much easier with it..

it is quite simple to use just it have two controller on it
one is air controller
second is heat controller.

Air controller controls the air pressure and heat controller control the amount of heat....

Just you have to make it perfect in your use... Much you practice perfection you gain...
