138-04 hangs when i try to call - GSM-Forum

Hi!

Ive unlocked one Alcatel 302 sw 138-04 with allbe4 06.09 and after that i can make only 2 calls and no more. The phone have full network, but i cant call. In the gsm-service, they just gave me a new one.
Ive unlocked that too, but the same problem. I dont tried it before.
Is this a sw or hw problem? What can i do? Might be they dont changed anything, just said.

Maybe, they only change sw version in the phone, but there is HW failure ... i had also one similar phone. It became from service with new sw (v139). I have unlocked it, but this phone starts to power OFF, restart ... etc. I have send it again to service. Now they have changed the phone and is working OK (also BE4 v139)...

Hi!

I read the full flash, locked it back and then the phone works with the original provider. But after unlock it doesnt make a call even if it is full network displayed.
I have an another alcatel sw 135-02 and before unlock it has the same problem. I try to call with full network displayed and the phone drops back the line.
