alcatel 301 screen failure - GSM-Forum

hi friend, I have an alcatel 301 phone tha can not call out or recieve calls. So i type ###847# and the screen went off .Can you pls help me out.

I have problem with shutdown, battery mark show half of full, I must start it some times to work it and than it work for a next longer time.

sorry i am not so good in inglish, but when is mobile cool than it does not work

hi pls replace screen .
if the asme problem get a similiar phone.
do same reset.
go to screen display
increase it
thats all

u can not call and receve pleas try to flash

1st you Load to the maximum the battery
2nd you Try flashear the phone

With this you will know if the phone has problem of software
