Alcatel 302 can't log on the network?

I have Alcatel 302. Works fine 3 month, and when<br />i want to turn it on, hi can't log in on the<br />network (display show: &lt;&lt;&lt;--&gt;&gt;&gt <img src="wink.gif" border="0"> . What to do?

Sometimes, when power on the phone, i got on<br />the display (hand counter "finger count"), and<br />must phone turn-off, and again turn on. <br />HW or SW problem?<br />138 04 BE42W-1AWLHU1

I checked. I try everything with flashing<br />with BE4 repairer. Only half/work with BE4<br />136 flash (phone original flash is 138), when<br />the phone turn on, again dont want to log on network.

Sometimes phone does not respond on pressing<br />ON button, then must remove battery, and turn it<br />back. Then phone TURN ON. Sometimes, when turn<br />on phone display show "COUNTER HAND with fingers",<br />and again must remove battery.

I checked, but i mean that is hardware problem,<br />but i dont have a hot-air desoldering equipment.

If you have new suggestion, shoot them on mail or<br />forum.
