Alcatel be4 136 dead now - GSM-Forum

Hi! friends

I unlocked alcatel be4 v136 phones by Alcatel36c.exe prog. but during unlocking one phone stopped "writing flash file to phone" section. Then phone is dead flash type: micron 2mb. I don't have backup file. I flashed again same type of phone flash file. after, it is alive but freezing and no network. Please, help me how to solve my problem.
