Alcatel BE4 no network - GSM-Forum

I have this BE4 that had no network. After reflow now displays that counting hand after power on and this hand counts on and on and on etc and does not reach next screen.
What can be the problem??

for be4 phone mostly is the sw problem , you can try to search our old topics we did talk about this for long ime ago!
