Alcatel OT 995 [ANSWERED] - GSM-Forum

After entering NCK couple of times on network locked OT 995, I get message:"SIM network unlock PIN" on all SIM cards. The problem is also without SIM card.
So Please Help Me!

your phone is now blocked, can't work with any sim card
only solution is to do direct unlock

NCK is best done direct unlock!
