help iput this pogram on my pc at home and it works fine the same program onmy lap top comes up with caused an error they are both windows me so whats missing on the laptop hop you can help

install first the alcatel eraser 1.2 setup version and it will work with you
i was had this problem and solved that way
eraser 1.2 installs files in windows system that needed to run eraser software

but I try in one of my lapton and still do not work,

Kilowat, try to make a boot disk and then boot system in pure DOS mode with the disk.

And later to open the computer in dos soft ?? waht I do ? can not install them then soft its run only in Win mode

Sorry friend this only works for programs under DOS mode like Andromeda, BEserv, BEflash...

For Win soft you must try different settings in your laptop until you find the correct one that make Alcatel soft works on it.

Landy, when runs the setup of eraser 1.2 instalations files from a boot in DOS pure, its runs wins and installl in windows modes and also do not runs well as you tell
