First of all, many many thnx to you.
My dear friend my problem is that when i insert sim in Alkatel, it show the message on LCD "L1amada a1 Serv. tecnico"
whats that solution

unlock and reset factory settings with Andromeda ver. 5.9.

But there is not any sofware in the market. i have search there
