Alkatel of BE1 series show this message on lcd when i power on the mobile "Llamada al Serv.tecnico".
What does it mean and what i have to do?

I think you must flash it

You must reset factory settings - use Andromeda ver. 5.9.
If not work - flash it and enjoy

2nd thing is that there is no software or cable available here

So... software for old (be1) alcatel : http://www.trucosmoviles.com/programas/alcatel.htm
and pinout for simple rs232 cable :
http://www.technick.net/public/code/...cel_alcatel_be

etc etc etc...just google search....
