be3 phonebook acces denied - GSM-Forum

hi

I have an alcatel OTE be3, and i dont know how but the phone book area is blocked.
I cannot modify, add or delete a contact.The rest of the phone is ok.
I can see all entries and make calls from phonebook.
before it works well
Pls help.

Hi!

For unblock the phonebook need the security code. If you don't know try this: 25228352. This is the mastercode for be3.

Or use ###847# code for full factory reset (sim card need inside)
