HI

with minhea it is the best, but if u have BE 1 16F 2mb flash then u will not get network after power up.

with minhea after the first flash completes, do not exit program, put a sim card and power up the phone, if the phone shows u insert sim card after couple seconds then that is a good thing cause u will see network bars therefore it means u can recover that phone 100%.

now once that happens power off phone reconnect to minhea press any key and it will ask if u wish to try the next file, say yes and it will flash for short while. then test phone again to see if it is ok, if not carry on till 1 of the flash files match your phone and then it will be working fine.

If you didn't succed to repair 16F , you'll have to replace the CPU with one with an older version and then use mihnea's soft .

If you didn`t try to flash them yet, i mean if you still have original soft in phones do this. u can try to all be1 but specially that wich power on, and those dead be1 who make a bip when u try to power on. Read between FC000 and FFFFF and save this is teh zone. Now put inside a good flash and restore what you have readet. if teh zone is good should wor 100% and is the easyer way. be1 is the first cloned alcatel, and i used this methode long time ago, and u can try with 2Mb flashes too, but i don`t know teh adress mabe u can find
