"Check simcard" message after 1 minute in Alcatel DB View 16B - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I had a dead DB view 16B.Yesterday a customer brought a DB view 16B which is locked.
I have no program to unlock it.AL31-BE3 is not working for me.I downloaded full flash from locked one.It had a AMD FLASH 2 MB.Dead one is FUJITSU 2 MB.I flashed the dead one.
After flashing i entered IMEI.Nothing happened.I press Repair button in Andromedia 5.9 and phone worked.I put simcard and phone found network.After 1 minute , it says "check simcard" message.after turn off and turn on , same thing happens.
Is there any solution ?

You must find other flashfiles for BE1,v16B. Then try to flash phone untill full succsess.
