After unlock with retrofit phone takes any sim but when I change sim cards it disaplays i "erreur de personnalisation".Any solution?

simple
just plugg in charger power on phone with sim inside
let 5 minutes and personalize phone

time
date
melodies
contrast
5 minutes
disconect
phone will not have anymore this message

100% agree Raklm. Trick is power on phone with charger plugged and reconfigure the phone via the menus and keypad.

I tried this but when I change sim card, I get same error again..also IMEI is 350000000000000, I tried writing with retrofit, but no luck, it says..."memorization terminee"...but when I check imei on phone, still same.....pls

I need help anybody.
