I HAVE HE1 BLOCKED TEMPORAL.IF RETROFIT CAN UNLOCK
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO DO IT ?

Hi!

Just do EEPROM Virginization with Retrofit. After that unlock as usual. And set contrast from phone menu. Good luck!
