yes ! use 'Retrofit' is the best for old Alcatel like (He1,hd....) !

Try search in net this retrofit files Ftpv423.ZIP and CVI.ZIP 13Mb software size.
I know old good site alcatel.prolidi.cz., but it not work

red eeprom with retrofit or eerpom programer. at h9 adress read hex value an make: "old value" XOR FF => "new value", put "new value " at h9 adress, write back.... thats all.

copy all folder to c:

unlocking Hd 1

1 please go to c:
etrofitftpv706exeftphd.exe

at first the menu will be in french language

2 options > Language >Anglais

This time menu will change in to english

3 Genaral > Switch on >Connection

user messages window will show test mode

4 Flash/Eeprom > Eeprom access > reding/Display on screen

5 change 'start address' from 0 to 177
change 'end address' from 0 to 178
press ctrl+Enter
Bytes read window will show 4 digits
press esc

6 Flash/Eprom access > writing by key bord input

Byte to be writern window will show 4 digits.
change these digits as FFFF

press Ctrl+Enter

press Esc

7 General > disconnect

that's all

5 Flash/Eeprom > ETSI SIM-ME-LOCK WRITING > writing
enter pass word 0000000 Ctrl+enter
click ok

6 Supported Categories

Ccategory change switch
sim category change switch

7 Categories Unlockable With Network key

NS Category change switch
ns Category change switch
sim Category change switch
C Category change switch

click ok Ctrl+Enter esc

7 General > disconnect

if the window shows phone imei corrupted, do this way

5 Flash/Eeprom > Eeprom access > reding/Display on screen

change 'end address' from 0 to C
press ctrl+Enter

press esc

7 Flash/Eprom access > writing by key bord input

Byte to be writern window will show 2 digits.
change these digits as FF

press Ctrl+Enter

press Esc

7 General > disconnect
