be4 138? - GSM-Forum

I have one phone who was unlocked and after that speaker went dead on the phone and i had to send it to service. Whan it came back from service it had diferent software in side (before it was be4 136 and now it is be4 138). Now i can not unlock it with any program - i tryed alcatel ****er ,eraser 4.1
The program shows it is unlocked but the phone isnt.

I would aprichiate any help
