|  need service provider key i have unlocked my sons Alcatel ot 363 , but now its asking for a service provider key, ive tried phoning virgin as it was their simcard that was in it before, but no joy as the sim card is no longer valid, can anyone help?? |

| So you didn't unlocked that phone. Easiest way - go to local phone service and ask for unlock it. It will be fastest and cheapest way. |

| no i payed a firm to unlock it for me, but he forgot to email me the code, i sent him an email again and have now been sent both bits of the code and the phone is now unlocked and ready for use. |
