but this is not a problem - the important thing is that the man gave a link to a good software.

if the flashes in this package do not repair your phone, u must try and try with another ones, until u get it done.
there is no other solution

I have 4-5 pcs. BE1 that not power on.
I play with 2 and make it power on, but unable to make call (in/out) if I try to dial diff number phone power OFF, if other phone try to connect with this BE1 phones it again power OFF.

Any idea ?

I try all dumps, with some of them phone says "Insert SIM" (or simmilar) or unable to find network. With 2-3 flashes phone find network but unable to use it.

try more flashes.
a good friend of mine - very good on be1 - told me thatthis is the only option

try more and more flashes and u will get it done. hope that will not take long but is the only way
