Hello I hope you can help me, I currently have an one touch pro mobile phone from Barclaycard on the cellnet, network but I wanted to change over to the vodafone network. when I insert the new sim card all I get is a message saying :- ENTER SPECIAL CODE. Can you please, please email me the code. Thanks for taking the time to help, I have been in touch with Barclaycard/ cellnet. They told me, they can give me the code but only if I pay them £15 */@&$ I have been paying them £17.49 a month for two years now, I think I have paid for the phone by now and I don't see why I should pay for this code.
