|  please help,mine HD5 writes "erreur de personnalisation"(+) My alcatel one touch view (hd5, ver 10.4). I tried unlock this phone with retrofit.I it flashing parametre 2 and the IMEI changed 33000000000000-1. telephone worked normally 2 days laid, switched off and now the phone says:ERREUR DE PERSONNALISATION, and nothing more! What can I do this phone? Please help me!! |

| Does you use Retrofit for HD5? are your flash1+flash2+eeprom backups stored in C:ResuHD5? if yes I see no problem if no - are in HD1R2 or something else you must use Retrofit for HD5... Eerchant |

|  thank for the answer Eerchant ! and MERRY CHRISTMAS! but unfortunately i have is only backup flash1+flash2 mine of retrofit hd1 can not read eeprom  i tried to insert flash on a place,but nothing has changed prompt please where me to take retrofit for hd5? how to me to read eeprom? thank |

| You have bad retrofit....my retrofit is full working one (download flash1+2, eeprom....test display, battery and everyting... so mail me...i will send you HD5 FULL working retrofit with instruction how to get it work...
