hi all any body help me. where i can bying Transistor BC-547. Please tell me shop web site (URL).i'm need it for made alcatel schematic. Help me please thank you ------------------------------------------------ regards

It is not necessary to use exactly this type of transistor. Just use any NPN-type transistor (for general use) and you will see whether it will work or not.

i used 2sc945 in alcatel interface it work fine

Yeah! a general purpose NPN transistor should work also....But I use C945 as our other m8 do.

The best transistor KT3102B I do it and no problem.

hi all i'm test transistor Bc-547 and KT-3102. all transistor good work. May be my problem now in soft. I'm using soft Super Eraser v1.2 and Eraser Mobile Hack V3.0. After loading Eraser in Display show Super Eraser 300 not found. Phone don't turn on. Please read this unlock process and help me. Tell me that is the problem. That is wrong. I hope any body helped me. 1. OPEN EMMYlator load keypro,enable emmylator 2. Load Eraser soft 2.1 read flash 2.2 write flash and the ending write flash in display show: Super Eraser 300 not found. Now my phone don't turn on. please help me.
