| Unlock Alcatel OTE
I have the prog that generates codes 4 Alcatel OTE , but when I punch it in the phone, it says wrong term code..I seen that there is a code that one adds to this code to get the proper code..Network Code in HEX values..anybody know what this is 4 My network..or is it a universal code..Pls help..
