Where begin eeprom address for BE4 or what program can read
only eeprom (tech) zone from full flash BE4 ?

You can read and write teh zone with
Be4,5 loto repair by vygis program
good luck

I prefer other way, you can use "Alcatel be4 service tools by Martech" (or any program that allows read portions of flash). This program can read standard adresses of the flash. Eeprom zone is 004000 - 005FFF. Read this adress and keep the file (8kb) in a safe place :).
