first u check merjency mode. select bin file dll then 5+power button . set will start to flash but min and spc will be save

i have a 2130 which is dead , when i open the set then i saw some corrosion in the switching IC cicuit , then after cleaning it there is no PCB way in the pin1 of that IC , as shown in the image ....
can anyone tell me where will be the PIN1 of that IC can be connected as the pcb area of that pin is damaged..

cheak charger conneceter pin n 1 & pin N 18 connect to bat

check shorting at batt connect. or change diode near batt. connect. or change charging jack
