2280 RUIM card option - GSM-Forum

b4 phone is ok i flash nokia 2280, but now is actived RUIM card option. i want to dissable this option. how can
any one can help me

Flash files for 2280 RUIM and NON-RUIM is totally different!

If u Flash NON-RUIM phone with RUIM Flash files then u will have RUIM phone.
EX:
For RUIM phone i have CCL_F175V0502.NFP
For NON-RUIM phone i have F175V0300.NFP

F175V0500.nep is RUIM flashes.

Yes u need F175V0300.NFP for NON-RUIM phone.

But, sorry i cant shoot it 2 u iTs about 8Mb.

i`m New user on gsmcity "peace"
can you explain more about Ruim and NON_Ruin
becouse i see two defirent file
one have NFP* Image and the other have NEP*image
i think is not the same,both files are also different.

ruim card (active to use Card, like Sim in GSM)
Non - ruim card (the oposite)

NPF* Is original EZ datapack for cdma (setup)
Nep* is type or archive , this is load in mcu part.

definility NK 2280 CDMA non ruim is not the correct version with F175V0300.....

Hi
possible to make it but u will have hard work to make modification for the hardware
if u have one phone with nonruim card that mean u canot put the sim card inside.
so u need sim reader !!!
good news is : you can allway flash ruim firmware to nonruim phone,that will be work if u fix after flashing the parameter.;-)
