if u faced this type of problem just put ur set in offline mode by pressing calling button + on/off key and ur set will be detect by pc after just flash ur set and its will be alive again.

LAVA KKT23C BLINKING SOLUTION HERE

for blinking just press call key then # key without battery then connect v3 usb cable then handset will gone in dm mode. Then flash it.

Procedure to unlock LG CDMA handsets with LG tool ( Note this procedure is not applicable for all the LG CDMA handsets available)

this method specially works for RD35xx series....

1)Open Lg tool select DLL, UNLOCKED BIN, SCR AND ANY PRL .
2)click ON Upgrade.
3)NOW LG TOOLL WILL GIVE ERROR .... DONT WORRY DON'T CLOSE JUST MINIMIZE LG TOOL (DON'T DISSCONNECT PHONE ALSO)
4)NOW AGAIN CLICK ON LG TOOL ICON ON UR DESKTOP (ITS MULTI EXECUTABLE) AND NOW GO TO DOWNLOAD PAGE LET EVERYTHING AS IT WAS JUST CHANGE UNLOCKED BIN WITH LOCKED ONE
5)AND UPGARDE UR PHONE
6)WAIT TILL IT FINISH UNLOCKING
7)NOW PHONE WILL RESTART
8)THAT'S IT U HAVE DONE IT PHONE UNLOCKED

Tested Samsung B339 PST and Reliance Flash File....

Flashing Procedures :

1. Install Samsung PST from the ZIP File.
2. Press 9+Power Key to put the handset into download mode.
3. Check Device Manager whether the USB driver has been installed or not and the COM Port for modem has been detected or not.
3. Open Samsung PST and select model B339.
4. Go to SW option in the PST.
5. Select Software Download Option as Emergency.
6. Select the given file in the ZIP.
7. Finally click on Start Software Download and wait till it gets completed.

Now your phone has been successfully flashed....

Enjoy...
