when insert charger set is on and working
then unplug charger set is off i know this is hardwer problem but i dont know that how to solv this ?

if its b239 or 259 than check B+ supply from battery connector to capicitor near/next to bat. connector.if supply missing than use jumper.u can chek with other pcb.tested on b239 and 259.

first of all plz check that the battery connector shows short or not in meter....
