first of all flash ur phone with this file which is in this link

http://www.ziddu.com/download/12774142/C2076_V030final.rar.html

then connect the set to cdma workshop and read
set,then go to security spc000000 and send the
work shop said spc is correct and phone is unlocked
then go to memory and nv item (rite the file given ****)

ur set will be 100000000000000% ok
network will be shown on ur set

yes solution is tested and work find

i have done many set

but only some days work and esn again : 000000

did u face any problem ?

mr pradeep problem comes only if customer restore the set its comes esn 0000
