i just tried tried to laod a different prl into a LG UX5000, phone is in DM, it read the phone, spc is 000000, when i click on prl write and choose the prl i wanna upload , cdma workshop comesback with the message
FAILED TO WRITE PRL

i changed from DM to LGDM, still same message

what i am doing wrong?

For LG models you must use "LG" method for write PRL, not "Universal"

No, I mean you may write PRL with two different ways in this software, Universal and LG method. This means that for LG models you must use "LG" method, for all other models you must use "Universal" method.

how can i read akey and ssd on lg820 ??
im sending password , phone is unlocked but fail to read (no fields on nam1)

If it said "A-key is not present for NAM1", so this means A-key is not present in handset, you can write new one with "Write" button.
