helloooo sir i need your help

i have reliance classic 231

i faced prob that the when i switch on phone there was only reliance logo show and this message show refuiidle c.13544 and restart again ....

what is the solution ..??

which software or dongle or cable use in this model flashing????

plz sir help me as soon as possible.....

first check bsi print from battery connector
