Hi friends,
I am Vickram from Goa, India. I have started mobile sale shop here. I want to know that how tata and reliance phones are converted to garuda. I think by changing channel number. Could anyone tell what is the procedure. If I am wrongly posted this query please give me answer through PM.

u r right on the target bulles eye

we all here help u yes u can change chanels of
rd2030 n191 rd7030 but illegal in india as above sets are the property of reliance info

But I think after paying full handset fee it is our's, we are not changing firmware but just channels. The Mahnagar TNL themselves are changing for their service of Garuda.
