I have two set they are in no network what should i do both have software problem because they r in network but after refrubish with lg download they have no network what should i do now

but can u tell me how to unlock LGRD3470 ruim it only accept relience uim and i want to run a tata uim on it if u have any solution then post me thanks for ur support.
