please help me. my haier d1000 mobile is after flashing with this software always show "MIN out of range- please insert valid UIM"

Please help me. after reflash my mobile is not working. if insert UIM only lite is blinking if UIM not inserted there is a messege "Please insert UIM" but now Mobile is always not working.

2nd script file has a error my mobile is copleletely dead now and ca't conecting with usb cable now. I go to haier authorised service center with my mobile.
