Please follow the below steps for Unlocking the modem through RestoreZero Tool:

1. Once the modem is locked, please use the RestoreZero Tool for unlocking the modem, insert the data card into the laptop.

2. Please input SPC Code=000000.

3. Please input Restore Zero Code=335208 & press Restore zero button.

Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

Then Use CDMA-WORKSHOP OLD VER

4. Change Esn Ur Data Card

5. After the above mentioned steps modem will unlock & it will latch in to the network.

dear frnd first of all thanks a million for ur solution i hv ec1260 dongle with spc code 172870 every time when i use ur restore zero tool it says communication error this is reliance netconnect dongle so ur 000000 spc is not working ...please check that u forgot to paste attachment screenshot as u described....i m desperately waiting for ur solution for this messy dongle i want to change it into tata photon or mts lots of [email protected]

can we use ec1260 tata or reliance data card with BSNL network ?
how to change the network ?
and i think this unlocking method will only work with tata ec1260 data cards only ...
