i think it is samsung hero mobile used by tata company... in which can support only tata sim......

this is samsung s109 tataindicom

use any model unipst click on H>D now wait till phone shows "test cdma"
now test mode is ready to execute so many operations
This method is for almost all cdma samsung handsets
