How to convert Claasic 731 into TATA (India) - GSM-Forum

Hello ,
I have claasic 731 model with Reliance RUIM card. and i try to run TATA RUIM card in this model.
When i insert TATA RUIM card ........... Phone i on but on display show contact reliance provider.

So dear any solution that can unlock this phone for Dual RUIM card . . . . ?
Also i tell u that i have no more experience in CDMA section.
So please tell me detail about that.

dear just search the min unlocked bin file and the flash the set with it
now your phone is ready to use with tata or any other cdma sim.
