how to find spc code for sprint kyocera duramax? - GSM-Forum

hi all. just bought a sprint kyocera duramax on ebay and trying to flash/unlock to use it on pageplus using cdma workshop. so i connected the phone and went to the security section and used universal ram 3a to find the spc code. it then proceeded to set the phone to download mode and found close to 300 possible codes. so i proceeded to click on test all but it said that i needed to restart to get out of the download mode, which i took meaning to restart the phone (which it did by itself in about 2 to 3 minutes). however, when i clicked on test all again, the same message came up.
i'm at a complete loss as to how to proceed from here.
by the way, i'm a complete newbie at cdma workshop. this is my first attempt in using this software which is the latest version 3.9.0.
if there is a how-to in unlocking/flashing older sprint flip phones, i'd really appreciate.
i'm mainly interested in knowing how to flash/unlock this model (kyocera duramx) as it is cheap and durable to pageplus for family and possibly friends.

ok. found a way to test all the possible codes generated by universal ram 3a method by scrolling to tools menu and test spc code. to my chagrin, none of the codes worked. now what?
