I have lg 2230 " defheap_free: free/ defheap.c 123 " written on the screen. I want to know the exact steps to make phone ok.

1.EXECUTE LG DOWNLOAD
2.LOAD DLL FOR THE MODEL 2230
3.GO TO EMERGENCY DOWNLOAD
4.LOAD BIN FILE AND DLL FOR 2230
5.CLICK EMERGENCY START,CLICK OK WHEN IT PROMPT FOR SPC
6.NOW PRESS 5 AND POWER BUTTON ON THE PHONE ,TILL SOFTWARE SHOWS RAM WRITE 100%
7.NOW WAIT AND WATCH TILL PHONE GET ON BY ITSELF

CAUTION:
DO NOT DISCONNECT CABLE OR REBOOT COMPUTER ,THAT WILL RESULT 100% DEAD PHONE
8.NOW UPLOAD PRL AND SCR TO A ON PHONE
REMEMBER:PHONE WILL LOOSE ALL DATA AFTER EMERGENCY FLASH NO ESN,MIN,SPC,YOU NEED OPERATOR ASSISTANCE FOR SERVICE REVIVAL

Thanks dear. But I already used to do this step but when I make phone ok reliance say custmer not to activate any no. on this phone. He already loses his old no. but he can not able to activate any other no means phone is useless for him. I think it is problem of esn or min or something. I need that solution. I have no knowledge about esn, min ect.

only ASC can help you in this matter they use RSN # to restore esn,min and spc which are necessary data for a activated handset

Can you please explain how to use the emergency download, because its not active in the c/s mode and I cannot change the mode to factory or all?

ur phone is in hang condition. so u have to contact ur nearest asc.
no one can solve ur problem by any how

for doing emergency download in rd3330 , can i use rd2230 dll file ?

no its not working if u use 2230 dll in emergency flashing

yes u can flash in emergency in 3330 u choose 3330 dll and its bin file.press emergency start button than a spc code dialoge box appear click ok than u press 5+start button on mobile untill burning will start
