This phone turns on with the Verizon logo and gets stuck on a white screen. Is there any way to fix this? I am thinking it might have corroupt software. I have never flash any CMDA phones before. Can anyone shed some light as how to fix this phone, software and flasher?

Use LG download and appropriate dll file to do an upgrade. Those are hard to find though.

Thanks for the info, I have the LG Downloader but does anyone have this dll file. I am not even sure what the dll file is.

I just find this flash file online T98VZV05 for a verizon vx9800. Can I use this file on the vx9800m to repair the phone?
