moto E685 cdma error...cdma experts plz help. - GSM-Forum

hello,

i hv one moto e685 in phone locked contact service centre problem..i have flash tool and bin file also...but i always getting error whenever i m trying to reset minlock or flashing bin file...screenshot is attaching. my usb cable is also good as it detects right port on which set is installed....i m using winxp sp2 version...plz check and help where i m wrong..

hi

I just used windows vista to solve my problem....this software works perfect on window vista...no need to flash the phone just use minlock reset option in advanced tab. My phone is now ok working fine.
