just remove the the keypad sticker .. and rehot the pcb just below cpu.. there is no fault with eeprom or crystal .. 100% works .. try it out and then confirm... i must hav repaired more than 40 sets like that .and it does not give problem .. keep the pcb connected to charger.. if it gives display and does not restart for more than one hour.. it works...

sunil , there is no problem or crack under the ic.. since cpu and other main chips( bga) are glued to the pcb.. reballing is not possible.. so only option is to rehot cpu and pcb below cpu .. thatz the only way i cud repair most of the n191 boards.. there is no other problem but the contacts of the cpu chip.
thanx
Sunil

but why heating is the only option with all of us ,

as the problem occurs while charging , so how can it be any cracks under FLASH IC or the CPU ?
when any set is taken to the service center they tell it is the CPU problem and cannot be repaired , so PCB needs to be changed.., and that is not an affordable solution ...//

so is there any perfect solution of this problem ?

good question
i am saying u a practical thing
i repaired 30 sets in a month
which i follow as per opinion given by other members
which 5 of them i repaired with reballing cpu
i get 25 set complane but this 5 set till now running(scence 3 month)no complane
so i think that there is a crack under cpu or may the solder paste use for that ic is poor quality
that is my opinion only
