Friend, search and download the frp tool for spd (spd frp by 9jaROM). Use volume - and power button until you get to see the android logo, then press power button for a second and then volume + and you will see the recovery. Choose reboot to bootloader. The phone will start in fastboot mode. Connect the cel and press 2 on the application. The application is not mine, the credit to its creators. Good luck

Many thanks my friend. 2 minutes into Google and FRP on that Blu Advance 4 was done very easily.
That tool (and website where i downloaded) will be very useful. I'll put it in good use.
