Need help to make cable - GSM-Forum

Dear all members i face a problem to make serial cable for huawei 2821 , i make a cable connect rx,tx and gnd in correct pins and try to connect handset in qpst the handset is read in qpst properly it means rx,tx and gnd is ok but when i try to unlock handset in huawei soft the handset not restart (use comport 1 ).on the other hand when i used infinty cable the handset is unlock successfully (use comport 7 ).any idea where i am wrong ??????????

which software u r using for that ? i have also same problem when i am use huwei min unlocker but my problem is solved when i am use asia pst for com 1 ! if u not have that tell me , i will post for u
