is there anyone who can tell me how to put Palm Pre (P100WW) in diag mode for Configre it with QPST or CDMA WORKSHOP !!!!!!!!!!

Press ##3424# then select diag mode, ur phone will connect.

i had already tried with this code bt nothing happend after type this code .
