17,18 - 5 Volts Chasrging...

You Need To Make Circuit Using Max232c
( Capacitor Values - 1 Microfarad,16 Volts - 4 Nos. ) In A Standard Gsm Max232c Circuit..... It Works With Unicdma ... I Could Read Samsung N191....
Esn,akey,min1,min2 Etc ...

My curcuit is working properly problem is only the software.
I can read the esn but cannot change it.
