|  Try this, i hope it will help you. Press and Hold DIAL + END + VOL UP button and Power On phone. Wait a few second and you will see Android System Recovery Menu. Use VOL DOWN button to scroll to WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET option and press END button. In next screen scroll down to YES and again press END button. Your phone will be formatted. Now select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW and press END button. Br, Shadab Ahmad |
