how to read the SPC of Rd3000 v12 ?

i am not able to read it with asc write prog

please help
urgently...

gsmsikar jo aap ki problem hai same problem main face kar rhaa hun but no solution i found yet maine aap ko yahoo masenger main aad kiya hai plz online aaa jaooo
